Today feels like it’s going to be a good day!

In the ACA Big Red Book (BRB) reading this morning it touched on love and asked “I feel loved when _________.” (BRB p. 186). This is what I came up with…

I feel loved when _________

  • I’m heard
  • I’m acknowledged
  • I see my kids smile
  • My husband and kids hugs me
  • Spending time with my kids and husband
  • I take care of my mental health
  • When my dogs are happy to see me

These were just a few things on my list. I think the biggest revelation, when doing this, was thinking about loving myself and who I am. What do I do for myself that shows that I care about me?
